We had Morgan Waterproofing come in to put a french drain and sump pump in our basement. Kevin came by our house, discussed the options that were available to us and gave us a recommendation of action. He provided a detailed quote before he left our house along with a general time frame of how long the work would take if we chose Morgan Waterproofing. We had four companies' estimates and we chose Morgan. They came to our house about 10 days after we called, and finished the job in two days. For a "dirty job," they kept our house clean and minimized the dirt coming out of the basement. The system has worked as we hoped with some heavy rains coming the weekend after they finished-no drips into our basement! The attached pictures are after I painted the floor myself (five days after they finished to let the concrete cure somewhat) The walls were painted with Drylock by Morgan. They did a good job for a fair price and I would recommend them highly.

Phenomenal job by Juan and Edgar. Installed a French drain, sump pump, basement window, and repaired a seeping foundation crack to perfection. Kevin was awesome with the quoting process and a fair price was given. Super clean with minimal dust. Professional and excellent service. The quality and workmanship from this company was excellent. The job completed as scheduled with no issues. The workers were some of the hardest working men I've ever seen. After all the construction I believe my basement was cleaner than when they arrived. From the beginning of the process to the completion of the job this was a most satisfying experience and I can't recommend them highly enough Thank you for the the job well done !!

The team from Morgan Waterproofing was fantastic. The area where our basement was leaking has a giant rock in it. Jim's team came in and wrapped the french drain around the rock and installed a new sump pump, some weep holes on the exterior wall, and a long run of pipe to get the water back outside. They did it in a DAY! Arrived around 8:00am and worked until 7:00pm - practically non-stop. They also installed mold-resistant paint around all the areas where the work was done. An absolutely awesome experience from start to finish.

I highly recommend Morgan Waterproofing. They installed my French drain in my finished basement. They were so respectful of my belongings and property. They covered my furniture with plastic. Might I add that they worked in the pouring rain and never once complained. When they were finished they cleaned up and you would never know they were there besides seeing freshly poured concrete around the room. The installers are hard working, friendly and respectful.

Excellent, professional, family owned business! Jim gave us an estimate, and the work was done as scheduled, on time, and with minimal interruption to our routine. Fast, friendly and efficient crew installed our basement drainage system in a day and a half! We had steady, soaking rain 2 days after installation, and not a bit of leakage. We're so grateful to these folks for making a daunting job easy.

Really thorough work performed by Kevin/Jim and the team. My basement looks and is better than new and I can breathe a lot easier with the work they did in the attic. They're very dedicated and even came out during a snowstorm. Very friendly and reasonable people and all of this work was done in only a couple of days. Absolutely give them a call for all waterproofing/remediation needs.
